The Schindel-Rohrer Building provides a truly unique setting highlighting Maryland’s Arts and Entertainment District in downtown Hagerstown. This historic building offers Duffy’s on Potomac, The Ball Room, AVA Lounge, and our private party room as well as several different dining arrangements.

Our appointed rooms offer different settings and configurations to meet your needs as well as onsite allowance for audio-visual equipment in some locations.
